Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. Our Responsible Master Plumber license number is RMP 39410.

How long have you been in business?

Awesome Plumbing has proudly served our community for 15 years, backed by 30 years of industry experience.

Do you offer any warranties on your work?

Yes! We offer a one-year labor warranty on all new construction and remodel work, and a 30-day warranty on service and repair work.

What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve Colorado and Fayette Counties.

Will you be the one doing the work or do you subcontract?

We do not subcontract labor. All work is personally completed by our team—you’ll always know who’s coming to your home.

How do I schedule a service?

You can call us directly or use our contact form on the website. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to set up a time that works for you.

Are estimates free?

Yes, we provide free estimates for all jobs. Transparency is important to us.

Do you handle emergency plumbing?

We handle urgent plumbing needs during business hours. For emergencies outside of hours, please call and leave a message—we’ll respond as quickly as we can.

Are you involved in the community?

Yes, we’re proud members of the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Ellinger, TX. We also sponsor local school and community events.

How do I file a complaint?

At Awesome Plumbing, we take pride in our work and strive to deliver excellent service every time. If you ever have a concern or issue with our work, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We genuinely appreciate the opportunity to make things right and will do our best to resolve the situation quickly and fairly.
